Learning that helps people thrive.
Our work is driven by collaboration, prioritising strong relationships with partners and clients. We focus on understanding the context where projects are implemented, supporting our partners to co-create with end users. We have a deep understanding of how people learn and 25 years experience working across the education landscape.
We are based in London but have an international focus and a powerful global network. We have worked extensively on the continent of Africa as well as with a broad range of partners across Europe.

What we do
Our work changes according to the requirements of the project and may include any or all of the following:
For us to be able to design and develop truly effective learning programmes, we need follow a rigorous scoping process. During this process, we work with our clients and partners to understand what it is that they really want.
As well as understanding the purpose and objectives of the client, it is vital to understand the needs and context of the end user (typically a learner or educator). Building this understanding at the beginning supports a collaborative creative process and allows us to contextualise our work in a meaningful way.
All of our programmes are built around evidence and rooted in the context and culture of where we are working.
NEEDS ANALYSIS
PROGRAMME CREATION
Designing and developing learning experiences is both a creative and a collaborative process. We typically work closely with our partners to follow user-centred design practices that ensure what we are developing aligns to the needs of learners, educators and the broader educational context.
Creating engaging and impactful learning experiences is about ensuring a mastery of the subject as well as integrating sound pedagogical principles at every stage. Our particular strength is working with cross-disciplinary teams - bringing in the right expertise at the right time - to ensure that the final programme is as relevant and impactful as it can be.
IMPACT EVALUATION AND REVIEW
We know how essential monitoring, evaluation and learning are to ensuring impact. Every programme can be improved. Every time a programme is implemented, we have an opportunity to learn.
We work with partners to understand how learning is happening, what learners are really gaining from their experiences and how educators can be better supported.
We also look at the broader context for learning - thinking about the role for technology, the role of parents and communities and the demands of the wider education system. By doing this, we can help our partners to evolve what they do, overcome barriers to implementation and increase the impact on learners.
