European Partnerships
Since 2005, we have worked with more than 50 universities, businesses, NGOs, government agencies and charities across Europe on collaborative research and development projects, largely funded by the European Commission under a range of funding streams (including FP7, Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe, Eurostars and AAL) as well as receiving support from UK funding agencies.
Our involvement starts at the inception stage, developing ideas and finding funding opportunities that align with the project vision. We are active in proposal development and consortium building. And we then play a key role in project delivery, once the proposal is approved.
We have worked with many brilliant partners over our 20 years of European partnership including Brainstorm Multimedia, University of Alicante, University of Santiago de Compostela, Dublin City University, Open University Netherlands, Brunel University, SIVECO, University of Bucharest, ATOS, National College of Ireland, Technical University of Bratislava (STUBA), QUI Group SPA, Stryme, Loughborough University, Uppsala University, Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences and the National Museums of Kenya.
We first worked with White Loop in 2007 on the REPLAY Project, exploring how game-based learning could be used to address antisocial behaviour in young people.
From day one, they have been a key partner for us, providing insight and expertise into the education and learning space and coordinating with academic partners to define the solutions that we have then developed together.
Jim and the team are great people to work with. They are committed to what they do, they always deliver and they are a pleasure to spend time with.
After nearly 20 years of working together, they are friends as much as partners.
